A dedicated and successful leader of the Pantiga Group, Manuel Pantiga has almost two decades of experience in the real estate industry. His passion is seeing others reach their full potential, from his clients to the team he leads.

Born in Cuba, Pantiga’s family originally moved to The Bronx in 1997. From humble beginnings, Manny has since successfully negotiated over $500M in real estate transactions.

Having a background in Accounting, Manny offers insight into the business aspect of each real estate transaction. Among his colleagues, Manny has a reputation for being an exceptional marketer and negotiator.

As a seasoned professional, Manny has also served as President of the board for the New York Metro group and is the former President of the board that founded the Upper Manhattan Chapter for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®.
